Under Stucco Systems
DB Mist Systems will install mist line under
the stucco during the framing stages of new builds or
re-models. The atomizing line (mist line) is hidden
from view with only the nozzles exposed, creating a
seamlessly integrated appearance.
Materials typically used for pre-build applications are:
- 3/8” O.D. 316L stainless steel atomizing and supply lines rated to 3000 psi
- 316L stainless steel, double ferrule compression fittings rated to 3000 psi
- 316L stainless steel clamps; rubber coated to absorb vibration
Installation procedures include:
- Blue print, construction site and/or framing stage estimates
- Atomizing and supply line installation PRIOR to lathe and scaffolding
- Completion of system AFTER water and power are available at pump location
We require our contractors to provide the following:
- Power - 110v or 220v dedicated circuit with outlet at pump location
- On/Off Switch - Normally placed on patio next to light and ceiling fan switches
- Water - Half inch (½”) threaded ball valve at pump location (soft water preferred)
- Notification - Any addition of concrete, pavers or landscaping between the pump location and the patio will require PVC sleeves
