DB Mist Systems primarily use stainless steel supply and atomizing
lines with 3/8” outer diameter (O.D.) and 316L grade stainless
steel. We will skillfully design and install a high pressure
misting system to any existing structure, including:
- Patio
- Ramada
- Canopy/Shade structure
- Pergola
- Gazebo
- Dog run
- Pool fence
- Block wall
- Suspended cable
We are able to install your mist system on the following material:
- Wood
- Stucco
- Concrete/Block
- Aluminum/Sheet metal
- Steel
DB Mist Systems also offers several design options including:
- Riser Spacing – 18”, 24” or 30” spacing between nozzles (depending on height of structure) on stainless steel atomizing line
- Multiple Zones – Multiple controlled areas (when possible, call for details)
- Powder Coating – A process to color the atomizing and supply lines to match the structure
- Remote Control – Remotely turn the system on or off within an approximate one hundred foot radius of the pump
- Nozzle Extensions – Flexible 6” & 12” tubing extend the nozzle allowing mist to be aimed in any direction for more customized cooling
