Maintenance
DB Mist Systems offers spring start-up and fall shut down maintenance services to keep your system performing at top efficiency and preventing damage from worn and improperly maintained parts. By using or maintenance service you eliminate the headaches of maintaining the system preventing damage due to freezing in pump and lines. Saving you time and money in the running of your mist system.
Maintenance includes:
- March System Start-up
Service pump unit, change pump oil, flush pump winterization, remove and replace water filtration, check hoses for wear or abnormal vibration, check belts for alignment and wear, belt dressing, check sheaves and motor for lubrication, fine tune pump unit.
- Service Call:
April, May, June, July, August, September
Service pump unit, check/add oil as needed, clean pump unit, belt dressing, clean clogged nozzles. Report any deficiencies to owner/management.
- October System Shut-Down:
Service pump unit, winterize pump and system to prevent freeze damage, remove water filtration, air flush atomizing lines.
- DB Mist Systems Parts:
All service customers under contract will receive a 20% discount off retail prices of filters, nozzles and all other parts.
- DB Mist Systems Scope of Work:
DB Mist Systems shall furnish all labor and tools necessary to perform in a substantial workmanlike manner according to standard practices. All material is guaranteed to be as specified and in accordance with the drawings and specifications. DB Mist Systems will coordinate all work to be completed with Owner and other trades.
