We understand that in the heat of summer it's difficult to get a company to come out and solve the problem. We are dedicated to helping mist system users when they need it most. Any company will come out in the winter, but who needs it then?
Most problems that may occur can be fixed the same day. Even complete pump rebuilds should be returned within 5 business days. We're here if you need us. No matter what the problem DB Mist Systems can help get you up and running again.
Service Call
Our minimum service call is $75.00. This includes our drive time and up to one hour on location. If we need to take any equipment back to our shop to repair there will not be a second service call to return the equipment. Any repair or rebuild work above and beyond the $75.00 service call will be clearly discussed and approved by the owner before the work is performed.
